On 22nd February 2021, 1st IMT-GT Rubber Cities and Rubber Industry cooperation Project Implementation Team (PIT) Meeting was held virtually.

The meeting was chaired by The Head of Delegation Malaysia, Mr. Hasri A Hassan, Chief Operating Officer of Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA). The meeting also attended by The Head of Delegation Indonesia, Mrs. Ranitya Kusumadewi, Deputy Director for Inter and Sub Regional Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, The Head of Delegation Thailand, Mr. Nakorn Tangavirapat, Governor Rubber Authority of Thailand and CIMT.

The main objective of the meeting is to discuss among others; the Terms of Reference (TOR), the workplan of Project Implementation Team (PIT), and potential coverage areas of collaboration on IMT-GT Rubber Cities and Industry Cooperation.
